How much is shipping?
All orders $49 and over are absolutely FREE! Orders under $49 are a low flat rate of only $5.95.
How long does it take to get my order?
Orders placed by 4PM EST will usually ship the same day, and most customers receive their orders within 1-3 business days.
When you're ready to check out, go to your shopping cart and click 'continue to checkout.' If you have a PawsComplete account, sign in to enjoy faster checkout. If you don’t have an account, you can create one or checkout as a guest. If you have a promotional code, click the 'promo code' link in the order summary section.
